ICN2009 Pre-conference Symposium
“Advances in Amino Acid Research in Human Health and Disease”
ICAAS Japan supported a pre-congress symposium on Oct.4, 2009, as a co-organizer with the Japan Society for Amino Acid Sciences (JSAAS) and the Japan Society of Nutrition and Food Science (JSNFS). The symposium was held in Bangkok, Thailand, in the venue of the ICN2009 (The 19th International Congress of Nutrition).
The half-day symposium program focused on “Advances in Amino Acid Research in Human Health and Disease”. Six prominent amino acid researchers invited from Japan, Sweden and the U.S. made presentations followed by vigorous discussion.
